Fulcrum enjoys actively supporting the communities local to its offices
and employees. We are involved in a number of educational programmes and
provide support for our employees' personal community involvement via
our Community Grant and Matched Giving schemes.
EDUCATION
Work/Life Skills
Partnering Business in the Community in Yorkshire, Fulcrum takes part
in many joint venture training programmes in schools such as Interview
Workshops and Work Experience programmes.
In addition we recently sponsored the Barney & Echo anti vandalism
and anti bullying campaign in junior schools which was run by the Police
Communities Clubs of Great Britain.
Curriculum Based Activities
Looking to engage with younger people in a curriculum based activity, Fulcrum ran a website competition local to our major offices in Rotherham, Coventry, Edinburgh and Crawley with a first prize of £5,000 work of computer equipment, kindly donated by Fujitsu, for the winning school. CHARITY EVENTS
Running four national fundraising events per year, employees in Fulcrum
are invited to raise funds for their local charities throughout action
packed days.
SCHEMES
Recognising that many of our employees support their local communities
outside of office hours also offer a community grant scheme and a matched
giving fundraising scheme.
