We will foster safe, healthy and environmentally responsible
behaviours by all employees.
We will ensure that all Fulcrum staff are enabled with the ethic
to create Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental cultures
that are imbedded in the company.
Personal ownership of safety is a fundamental part of working
for Fulcrum. Consequently, everyone has an obligation to
ensure that their actions never put themselves,
their colleagues or the public at risk.
Impacts
We will assess and mitigate the potential for affecting our
quality of service focusing on the environmental, health and
safety implications of all our activities.
Business Continuity
We will put in place a business continuity management procedure
that will meet the requirements of our business. We will
achieve this by developing specific plans for all business
critical processes and locations, briefing and training relevant
personnel and testing the plans on a regular basis.
Continuous Improvement
We will continuously improve our quality of service through
monitoring of integrated health, safety, environmental,
engineering and quality performance, including
pollution prevention, by setting clear goals and measuring
progress against specific performance criteria.
Stakeholders
We will proactively communicate with stakeholders (customers,
partners, suppliers and communities) regarding the health, safety,
engineering, environmental & quality aspects of our operations
that may impact them.
Compliance
We will develop and implement programmes to assure compliance
with applicable environmental, health and safety regulations. The
involvement of all Fulcrum employees, contractors, subcontractors
and suppliers is essential to achieve and exceed our customers'
expectations.
I am confident that you will all share in our commitment to
quality through customer satisfaction, continual improvement and
good health, safety and environmental practices.
