Fulcrum has a new home in the contemporary surroundings of Sheffield Business Park; a substantial complex of purpose-built office buildings just minutes from Sheffield’s centre.

This new location is part of an overhaul of the Fulcrum business - which since being bought from National Grid - is now focusing on its core connections service and the delivery of an improved customer experience.

As a now publically owned business, Fulcrum has a proven track record of focusing on customer service and was the first UK utility connections specialist to achieve the 'Putting the Customer First' standard.
