We recruit regionally for our engineers and for our nationwide operations team. That means your gas and utilities project will be delivered with local knowledge and expertise wherever it is in the country.

A dedicated design team

With many years of experience working across complex projects within every sector, our team of 40 designers have gained a reputation for innovation and technical excellence. Their wealth of knowledge and level of qualification is second to none and informs the quality and insight that is characteristic of our design output. 

Engineers that project manage

Our engineers are different, they see themselves as Project Managers too. Not only do they bring their engineering expertise and experience to your project, they regularly check the quality of delivery and advise and direct works on site to make sure the job is done right, on time and on budget. Our policy of recruiting engineers with local knowledge means they understand the local environment and infrastructure... a big advantage on any project. You can be sure they will always adhere to national utility standards and the highest levels of health and safety. And, with our ISO14001 accreditation, they will always the respect the environment in which they work.

Business Development Managers

Each member of our new national network of Business Development Managers was selected for their industry knowledge and their ability to add value to our customer experience. Their understanding of your business needs, combined with that of the industry, ensures thatthey can consult and advise, or challenge to guarantee the best solution for you. When you work with Fulcrum one of our BDMs will be your single point of contact supported by dedicated office based colleagues to ensure that you enjoy excellent levels of customer service and easy access to our market leading expertise.

Planning and delivery

Fulcrum planners have the highest standards of customer service, meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication as well as the patience of a saint. They work hard on your behalf, liaising with third parties such as Local Authorities, the Highways, other utility providers and contractors to ensure that the works are completed when you need them to be done. Getting everybody to the same starting point on the same day, or even the same hour, can be a challenging task but it's one that our planners thrive on every day. It makes no difference whether you require a single connection or major multi-utility project, meter change or an end-to-end installation our planning delivery maintains the highest quality of output whilst ensuring that you are always kept fully informed of your work's planning progress.
