Fulcrum worked in collaboration with Persimmon Homes on their “Water Lane” development in the East Midlands, which included the installation of approximately 4km of electricity and gas infrastructure and providing connections to heat and power each of the 202 new homes.
By working closely with the developer, our in-house design and delivery teams designed and constructed the electricity and gas infrastructure to futureproof the development for further phases of an additional 398 homes, and considering future legislation.
