Outlet pipework becomes the responsibility of the owners of the property following installation. IGEM (Institute of Gas Engineering Managers) standard states that businesses should have a full maintenance plan drawn up for all downstream outlet pipework and that it should be supported by an annual inspection to ensure that the pipework is correctly maintained.
Poorly maintained outlet can lead to disruptions of service and safety issues, but with our extensive experience and expertise, together with our GIRS and Gas Safe accreditation, we’re able to provide you with the peace of mind offered and compliance by our services for existing outlet pipework.
