Fulcrum welcomes leading utilities industry specialist back to the Group to support key client base

Fulcrum, a leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, has strengthened its account management function by attracting highly experienced utilities industry specialist Hayley Rylance back to the Group.

Hayley, who spent more than 20 years with Fulcrum before a period working in the aerospace industry, takes on the new role of Head of Account Management.

She will work closely with Fulcrum’s high-volume client base, which utilise Fulcrum’s multi-utility design, project management and installation capabilities on behalf of their extensive client bases.

With her considerable experience in the sector, Hayley has a number of established relationships with these key clients and will continue to develop these partnerships as well as working closely with new clients.

Hayley originally joined Fulcrum in 2001 as a Customer Service Advisor and progressed through various roles in the Group including Account Manager, Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales.

In the time she spent away from Fulcrum, as a Commercial Manager, she worked in close collaboration with a number of blue-chip aerospace companies including Boeing, Rolls Royce, and Airbus.

After gaining invaluable commercial and account management experience in the aerospace industry, I am really proud to be returning home to Fulcrum and the utilities industry where I have spent the majority of my career.

I am really looking forward to reestablishing my relationships with our important key clients and support the high-volume project pipeline they bring to the Group.
