Fulcrum designed and installed 12km of new gas infrastructure which enabled Premier Foods to reduce its carbon footprint in the production of its famous Ambrosia custard, by cutting its reliance on fuel oil and the number of road tankers used to deliver the fuel, as well as providing overall cost savings.
This was a significantly challenging project, successfully completed by a dedicated team of gas experts, project managers and engineers.
Following the installation, Fulcrum adopted the infrastructure and continue to own and operate the pipeline.
This is a major step forward for the site and the local community. We now have a cleaner and more sustainable energy source which is reducing our carbon footprint.
