Are you a priority customer?

Priority customers are customers who may rely on electricity for various reasons including disabilities, chronic health conditions or age.

Registering as a priority customer will mean you get a priority service and proactive communications relating to any interruptions to your electricity supply. This is a free service and is provided in conjunction with your energy supplier.

Fully managed meter ownership services

We provide fully accredited and managed meter asset manager (MAM) and meter operator (MOP) services and, combined with our team of metering experts and our commitment to be the best for service, you can be confident that your meters and data are in safe hands.

Our MAM services cover smart portfolios and domestic, industrial and commercial new installations. We also provide the ongoing asset management and maintenance of meters throughout their lifetime.
