Fulcrum designed and installed approximately 1.5km of electrical cabling and 200m of gas infrastructure, providing connections to each of the 100 new homes on the Knights Keep development.
All design and delivery works were completed by our in-house team and, by working closely with the client and their build programme, we completed the installation works on schedule and on budget.
Redrow Homes East Midlands appointed Fulcrum for this scheme as not only did they quote within budget, they also came to the table to discuss the project and programming at early stages of the development. The works carried out off site and on site have been exemplary and we look forward to working with Fulcrum on future projects.
